Authentic Stitch has been the official Erindale Hockey Association (EHA) apparel supplier since the 2007-2008 season and we hope to do so for many more to come!
Product Review Sessions
Two 6-hour product review sessions - November 3rd and 4th from 8:00am - 2:00pm in the lobby of Erin Mills Twin Rinks
Product Worksheets, along with a cheque payable to your team account are to be submitted by individual players/parent/coach to their appointed Team Representative. Product Worksheets will be emailed to all team managers prior to the Product Review Sessions.
Team Representative is to then transfer the individual orders onto the Team Order Form (Excel file, attached); this is due no later than Monday, November 12th, 2012
Ordering & Delivery
Each Team Representative is to submit their Team Order form along with a 50% deposit no later than November 12, 2012 (one cheque/cash payment per team, Authentic Stitch Inc. will not accept individual payments)
Authentic Stitch Inc. will have completed orders ready for the Team Representative to pick up approximately 5-7 weeks after receipt of the Team Order Form and payment (Pre-Christmas target date = December 18th, 2012; stock permitting)
Upon order completion, Authentic Stitch will contact each Team Representative to schedule pickup, the balance is to be paid at that time
IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL FINAL TEAM ORDERS BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12th, 2012.
This will be your team's only opportunity to purchase EHA merchandise for the 2012-2113 season (barring any extenuating circumstances).
